The Role
We are seeking a Director of Enterprise Marketing to lead ScreenCloud's new enterprise marketing function in London. This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives for enterprise customers, with a focus on account-based marketing, field marketing, and high-impact events. 
This new role offers the opportunity to grow a team from scratch, have considerable impact and influence from day one and establish a new enterprise strategy. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives and revenue targets
  • Partner with the CRO and sales leadership to define go-to-market strategy, ideal customer profiles, and vertical prioritisation
  • Lead account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting high-value enterprise prospects and existing customers
  • Oversee planning and execution of major industry events, trade shows, and owned events
  • Develop middle-of-funnel content strategy, including webinars, white papers, and case studies
  • Drive measurable pipeline contribution and revenue growth from enterprise marketing initiatives
  • Establish and maintain strong service level agreements (SLAs) with the sales team for lead quality and follow-up
  • Build and lead a high-performing enterprise marketing team of four professionals, including an events manager, creative specialist, and field marketing manager
  • Manage an enterprise marketing budget of approximately $200K+ annually with P&L accountability and ROI measurement


  • Requirements
  • Proven experience in building and leading enterprise marketing functions
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable results and accelerate enterprise growth
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM), field marketing, and high-impact events
  • Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, digital marketing, and partner teams
  • Ability to establish and maintain enterprise marketing metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks


  • Success Metrics (0-18 months)
  • 0-6 months: Successfully hire and onboard the enterprise marketing team; establish enterprise marketing processes, systems, and measurement framework; launch first major enterprise event initiatives; define and implement enterprise ABM strategy.
  • 6-12 months: Achieve 30% contribution to enterprise pipeline; execute a comprehensive annual event calendar with measurable ROI; establish thought leadership presence in key industry events; optimize lead conversion rates above 30%.
  • 12-18 months: Demonstrate clear ROI on enterprise marketing investment; scale team and processes to support continued growth; establish ScreenCloud as a recognized leader in the enterprise market; build a foundation for international market expansion.
