What you bring

We are seeking a Director of Enterprise Marketing to join us on a full-time basis in our London office. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will build our enterprise marketing function from the ground up, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. You will be responsible for shaping our enterprise strategy and driving growth through targeted initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive enterprise marketing strategy that aligns with our revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Leading high-impact account-based marketing initiatives and overseeing the planning of major industry events and trade shows.
  • Building and mentoring a high-performing team of four professionals, including an events manager, a creative specialist, and a field marketing manager.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with proven experience in leading enterprise marketing functions. You should possess a strong background in account-based marketing, field marketing, and event planning, coupled with the ability to drive measurable results. We value candidates who can collaborate effectively across departments, including sales, product marketing, and digital teams. You should be comfortable establishing KPIs and reporting frameworks to track success. Proficiency in English is required, and we look for individuals who are unconventional, brave, and committed to continuous learning.
