Director of Engineering at Quantum Metric

We are looking for a Director of Engineering to lead our Native Apps team in building SDKs that collect data from iOS, Android, and Flutter applications. As a leader at Quantum Metric, you will guide the development of tools that support hundreds of millions of daily users across some of the world's most recognizable brands.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and customer retention by ensuring our native app data collection is efficient, accurate, and reliable.
• Scale and refine our SDK development, testing, automation, and release workflows.
• Monitor SDK performance in production, taking swift action to resolve any issues that arise.
• Maintain transparency by proactively communicating your team's progress, wins, and areas for growth across the organization.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain a world-class engineering team.

Must-haves

• Strong expertise in native app development, specifically with building, testing, and releasing third-party libraries for iOS, Android, and Flutter.
• Proven experience navigating the technical complexities of integrating software into external applications, with a focus on stability, clean APIs, and documentation.
• A track record of leading and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to work directly with customers and senior engineering leaders at major companies.
• Strategic thinking skills to manage competing priorities and provide clear direction to your team.
• Fluency in English.
