We are looking for a visionary leader to join our Prime organization and help us continue building the robust, scalable infrastructure that defines the future of finance.

The opportunity

As our Director of Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our Prime Trade and Financing products. This is a high-impact, onsite position based at our office at 40 Wall Street in New York City. You will be responsible for leading critical projects and driving the roadmap for our Prime Engineering team, ensuring that we deliver secure and innovative solutions to a diverse client base ranging from crypto-native startups to Fortune 500 companies.

A day in the life

• You will partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to define and execute a technical vision that aligns with our broader organizational goals.
• You will mentor and coach engineering managers to foster a culture of craftsmanship, accountability, and open communication while growing the next generation of technical leaders.
• You will oversee the development of sophisticated trading and financing solutions, ensuring our systems remain resilient and efficient through a commitment to automation and high-quality software standards.

Who you are

You are an experienced executive who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and possesses a deep interest in blockchain technology. You value transparency and take full ownership of your work, and you are comfortable navigating the interconnected nature of large-scale financial systems.

• You hold an engineering degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field and have at least 14 years of professional software engineering experience.
• You bring at least 6 years of experience in a managerial role leading engineers, with at least 2 of those years spent leading other managers.
• You have a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top-tier talent and possess the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
• You demonstrate strong debugging skills and a proactive mindset toward building tools that improve team workflows.
• You are fluent in English and have a strong professional background in financial services, ideally within trade or financing sectors.
