What you bring

As our Director of Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical strategy and empowering our teams to innovate. This is a full-time, on-site position based in either Denmark or the United Kingdom. You will be expected to lead with a focus on engineering excellence, strategic thinking, and collaborative growth.

• Develop and execute an engineering strategy that aligns with our global vision and supports our rapid scalability.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse group of engineering managers and staff to foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
• Partner with product and business leadership to ensure our technical roadmaps deliver meaningful value to our users and stakeholders.

Requirements

We are looking for a leader with extensive experience managing mid to large, distributed engineering teams in a fast-paced environment. You should possess a deep understanding of modern software architectures and infrastructure, paired with the ability to make data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is deeply consumer-centric, valuing how technical choices impact the end-user experience. You must be fluent in English and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.
