What you bring
As our Director of Engineering, you will serve in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in the United States. You will report directly to the CTO, acting as a key leader in our executive team. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Managing the full software development lifecycle from initial planning through deployment to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Implementing Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban, to maintain high standards for all technical deliverables.
- Partnering with product management to design comprehensive roadmaps that align feature sets with our broader business objectives.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, paired with over 10 years of leadership experience in software engineering. You should have deep expertise in e-commerce technology and a proven ability to make high-level architectural decisions that balance risk with speed to market. We value leaders who are skilled at coaching teams, managing performance, and clearly communicating the business value of technical investments to stakeholders. Proficiency in English is required, and you should be comfortable navigating the complexities of a multi-brand, AI-driven retail environment.
