ThreatConnect builds collaborative platforms that help security and risk teams defend organizations against cyber threats. Our Risk Quantifier product turns complex attack and loss data into clear financial impact figures, giving business leaders the insight they need to prioritize investments and reduce exposure. We are a remote-first company with more than 250 enterprise customers and thousands of daily users who rely on our tools every day.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering teams to deliver high-quality results on the Risk Quantifier platform while maintaining strong execution standards.
- Shape and guide the technical strategy and roadmap, ensuring long-term value for both customers and the business.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to bring new capabilities to market and foster a collaborative engineering culture across the organization.
Requirements
- Seven or more years of engineering leadership experience on complex products in high-growth environments, along with ten or more years of hands-on development using major programming languages and significant experience with .NET and front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts including encryption, authentication, and network security, plus experience applying software governance and agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor teams, make sound decisions under ambiguity, communicate clearly across time zones, and balance strategic vision with day-to-day execution.
