At Argent, we are on a mission to become the defining company in the crypto space by bringing the benefits of self-custody to a global audience. We have built the first smart wallet, which functions as a smarter, safer, and more efficient alternative to traditional options. With over two million users and 56 million dollars in funding from notable investors like Paradigm, Index Ventures, and Creandum, we are growing rapidly. We are currently focused on launching breakthrough products on Starknet, and we would love for you to join our remote team as we shape the future of the web.
What you'll be doing
- You will lead our engineering organization to deliver high-quality, scalable software products that align with our strategic objectives.
- You will manage our engineering leads, offering mentorship and coaching through regular one-on-ones, team discussions, and performance evaluations.
- You will partner with our Director of Product to define and shape our engineering and product roadmap while collaborating across teams to assess the technical feasibility of new features.
What you'll bring
- You possess over 10 years of experience in software engineering, including at least 5 years of experience leading and managing engineering teams.
- You have extensive technical expertise spanning backend, frontend, and blockchain technologies.
- You have a proven track record of building and operating secure, reliable, and scalable consumer services.
- You are an excellent communicator who can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- You have strong analytical skills and a talent for solving complex technical problems.
- You are fluent in English.
- Bonus points if you have experience with Starknet or managing teams in a remote-only environment.
