What you'll be doing

• You will mentor and guide our engineering managers to build high-performing teams, while also taking charge of hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• You will oversee our engineering processes to ensure our technology stack remains scalable, reliable, and secure, all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• You will collaborate closely with our product and design teams to deliver an exceptional user experience, ensuring that our technical decisions balance short-term speed with long-term, high-leverage investments.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in technology and leadership. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in engineering leadership roles.
• A deep understanding of software development methodologies and Agile practices.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills that allow you to navigate complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, which you will use to engage with stakeholders and mentor your team.
• A genuine passion for technology and a drive to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Fluency in English.

What you'll get
