What you bring

We are looking for a Director of Engineering to lead our teams in building and delivering high-quality web and mobile applications. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates anywhere. You will serve as a key decision-maker, partnering with product, design, and marketing teams to define our technical strategy and ensure our systems scale as we grow. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Leading and nurturing engineering managers to build high-performance, cohesive teams.
• Partnering with cross-functional leadership to execute an ambitious product roadmap for our SaaS and eCommerce platforms.
• Driving clarity through ambiguous problems to ensure our software architecture supports long-term business and customer outcomes.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should have at least 6 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and managing other managers within the SaaS space. We are looking for a leader who has successfully guided products and organizations through various stages of growth. You must be comfortable working in a remote environment across multiple time zones and possess the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across the company. A strong candidate will be self-driven, capable of making informed decisions that balance technical trade-offs, and deeply committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and career development. Proficiency in English is required for this role.

What we offer
