We are looking for a Director of Engineering to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. At Quantum Metric, we lead the way in Continuous Product Design, helping organizations understand the digital customer journey to prioritize needs and quantify financial impact. With our platform capturing insights from 40 percent of the world’s internet users, we support major brands across retail, travel, finance, and telecommunications. Responsibilities
- Lead the development, testing, and release management of SDKs that collect critical data from customer-facing iOS, Android, and Flutter applications.
- Drive measurable business impact by ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of our native app data collection processes.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing engineering team while proactively communicating strategy and progress across the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in native app development, specifically with building, testing, and releasing third-party libraries for iOS, Android, and Flutter.
- A strong background in leadership, with a track record of managing engineering teams and navigating complex project priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to work directly with customers, including engineering leaders at Fortune 500 companies.
- A deep understanding of the technical requirements for integrating software into external applications, including the importance of simple APIs and stable performance.
What we offer
