- Drive cross-functional collaboration: You will partner closely with product managers to define requirements, prioritize features, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders across the company.
- Build and mentor the team: You will oversee the hiring and onboarding process while actively mentoring engineers to improve their productivity and professional growth.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in software engineering and a proven track record in leadership. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, including 4 years in a leadership role within an enterprise SaaS environment.
- Experience scaling teams from under 20 to over 40 members, ideally in a startup setting.
- Technical proficiency with AWS and Kubernetes, specifically regarding services that handle large data streams.
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Jira, and project management best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with design, business, and product teams.
- A hands-on, can-do attitude with a focus on ownership and continuous improvement.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
What's in it for you?

- 401(k) retirement plan.
- Flexible Time Off and parental leave.
