Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience managing software developers, cloud engineers, and IT professionals.
- Direct experience with AWS, including relevant certifications, and a commitment to achieving professional-level certification in an Architect, Operations, Data, or Developer track.
- Proven experience managing staff with billable-hour expectations in a professional services or managed cloud infrastructure environment.
- Deep understanding of the trade-offs between cloud-based infrastructure and on-premise models.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve technical conflicts and make decisive choices with integrity.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a natural inclination to communicate decisions clearly to stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Professional experience working for companies that provide managed or professional services.
- Hands-on capability within AWS to effectively mentor architects and engineers.
- Practical experience designing and coding modern cloud software applications to mentor our development team.
Compensation
We offer a hybrid work arrangement to support flexibility and balance for our team members.
