Role at a glance
We are hiring a Director of Engineering on a full-time, remote basis. This is an executive-level position open to candidates located anywhere.
Your impact
- Lead and mentor an engineering organization of 15 or more people, helping each team member reach their full potential while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Guide the transformation of legacy monolithic systems into modern, scalable platforms, balancing technical priorities with budget and delivery timelines.
- Partner with product management and cross-functional stakeholders to shape roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure our ERP suite is delivered on time and to the highest standards of quality.
What you'll need
- At least five years of experience managing engineering teams of 15 or more people.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience modernizing legacy applications while maintaining operational stability.
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle database systems and architecture.
- Experience deploying solutions on Amazon Web Services, Azure, or on-premises data centers.
- Deep expertise applying modern engineering practices such as SOLID principles, domain-driven design, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing within .NET environments.
- Proven success working in Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align technical decisions with business goals across all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in English.
