We’re looking for an experienced Director of Engineering to lead our Partnerships engineering team, responsible for delivering the tools, integrations, and platforms that power our commercial partnerships. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on scaling partner solutions, defining strategic priorities, and executing against a long-term roadmap to ensure our B2B offerings remain best-in-class.
This role requires a strong technical background, a passion for driving execution, and the ability to collaborate closely with Product, Business Development, and Operations to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-value partner experiences. Greenlight provides a competitive compensation package with a market-based approach to pay and will vary depending on your location, experience and skill set. The total compensation package for this position will also include a discretionary performance bonus, equity rewards, medical benefits, 401K match, and more. Greenlight conducts continuous compensation evaluations across departments and geographies to ensure we are keeping our pay current and competitive.
The estimated base pay range for this position in (NY, CA, WA): $210,000- 275,000
The estimated base pay range for this position in (CO): $210,000- 230,000
