About the Role

We are looking for a Director of Engineering, Mobile to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will oversee the development of our state-of-the-art mobile applications. You will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from high-level architectural design and strategic planning to the hands-on delivery of apps used by millions of people. You will manage our talented mobile engineering teams, foster a culture of technical excellence, and ensure our delivery remains top-tier through robust testing automation and CI pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term technical vision and strategy for our mobile engineering department.
• Mentor and coach direct reports to foster their professional growth while building a culture of innovation and inclusion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define the mobile roadmap and ensure our technical direction aligns with our broader business objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in mobile development and team leadership. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience building complex mobile applications using iOS, Android, or Flutter.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity, specifically managing mobile teams and evaluating new technologies or architectural designs.
• A BSc degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience working on high-scale, production-grade projects.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders across the organization.
• A passion for code craftsmanship and a collaborative, self-motivated approach to problem-solving.

Location

This position is based in Israel and requires an on-site presence.
