We are looking for a Director of Engineering to lead our Developer Platform team and help us continue democratizing opportunity for early talent.

What you'll be doing

• You will lead, coach, and inspire a growing team of over 22 engineers, overseeing their professional development while scaling the organization significantly over the coming year.
• You will define the technical direction of our architecture, advocating for enhancements and reusable services that improve developer productivity and system efficiency across the company.
• You will partner with product, design, and engineering leaders to drive business strategy, execute roadmaps, and foster a culture of growth and belonging.

What you'll bring

• Extensive experience in software engineering with a proven track record of leading multi-team organizations.
• Strong people management skills, specifically with experience managing other managers and a passion for building diverse, high-performing teams.
• A deep understanding of architecture and platform services, coupled with the ability to dive into technical details while maintaining a strategic product focus.
• Excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to effectively gather requirements, manage stakeholder expectations, and influence leadership.

What you'll get
