We are Vacation®, an award-winning sunscreen company based in Miami that is dedicated to making sun protection fun. Since our start in 2021, we have built an immersive brand world that transports our customers to paradise, earning us recognition from dermatologists, retailers, and tastemakers alike. You can find our products at major retailers like Target, Nordstrom, and Ulta Beauty. We are currently looking for a Director of ECommerce to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a player-coach role where you will lead our strategy and execution across our digital channels, reporting directly to our VP of Growth Marketing.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of revenue and profitability targets across our DTC site, Amazon, and TikTok Shop by executing growth strategies that focus on acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Manage the day-to-day operations of our online presence, including site merchandising on Shopify, Amazon Seller Central management, and TikTok Shop store health.
Serve as a cross-functional leader by acting as the primary liaison between our Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to ensure accurate forecasting and scalable growth processes.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 to 10 years of progressive experience in e-commerce.
Proven expertise in managing DTC, Amazon, and marketplace channels, with a deep technical familiarity with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on project management in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with TikTok Shop is strongly preferred.
A proactive, assertive communication style and a genuine passion for growing our brand.
