- Lead consultative sales processes by identifying district needs related to mental health, special education, and staffing, then aligning our solutions to those specific priorities.
- Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with Superintendents, Special Education Directors, and other key decision-makers to position ESS as a trusted strategic partner.
Skills and experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in consultative sales, business development, or account management within the education, mental health, or student services sectors.
- Proven success in managing long-cycle sales processes and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
