About the Role
The Director of Digital Transformation is a full-time leadership position focused on enhancing our operational efficiency. In this role, you will partner with division leaders to identify and implement innovative technologies, including AI-driven solutions, to simplify our processes and deliver measurable value. You will be a key architect in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring our business remains agile and prepared for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing processes and technologies to identify and execute opportunities for increased efficiency through innovative tools and streamlined methodologies.
- Develop and lead strategies that integrate AI, such as agentic automation, with process modernization to drive significant business value.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to manage cross-functional initiatives, mentor high-performing teams, and act as a primary change agent to cultivate operational agility.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of strategic vision and technical expertise. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in technology-driven business transformation, digital strategy, or tech-enabled process improvement within complex, multinational organizations.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field like Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration, with an MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Deep proficiency in emerging AI trends, data analytics, and modern IT systems, alongside a proven track record of using lean principles to optimize business operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, mentor diverse teams, and manage complex projects from inception to delivery.
- Exceptional communication skills and a partnership mindset that allows you to break down silos and build trust across departments.
