We are currently seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to join our team in a hybrid capacity within the United States.
Key outcomes
- Provide visionary leadership by mentoring and managing a global team of digital marketing professionals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies and account-based marketing programs across various digital channels, including social media, display, search, and web.
- Foster strategic partnerships by working closely with internal teams such as Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Design.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to optimize digital campaigns, enhance brand awareness, generate high-quality business leads, and drive measurable organizational growth.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, user acquisition, and demand generation.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams with a focus on clarity and results.
- Expertise in managing multi-channel campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Technical proficiency in marketing automation tools like Marketo, as well as analytics platforms including Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to report on, test, and optimize key performance indicators to improve conversion rates and revenue.
- Familiarity with audience segmentation and the ability to tailor marketing strategies for a global audience.
Preferred qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- An MBA is considered a strong advantage for this role.
Compensation
The base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000 to $240,000 USD. This range represents the target for new hires across all United States locations and may vary based on individual skills, relevant education, and experience.
