About the Role
We are looking for a strategic Director of Demand Generation to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a high-impact position where you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of B2B marketing campaigns specifically tailored to the Life Sciences industry. You will play a pivotal role in driving pipeline growth and accelerating customer acquisition by leveraging your expertise in digital marketing and account-based strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy designed to boost engagement and pipeline growth within the Life Sciences market.
- Lead targeted account-based marketing initiatives to reach key stakeholders through personalized, multi-channel campaigns.
- Utilize data and analytics to monitor campaign performance, refine lead generation tactics, and ensure marketing efforts align with broader revenue goals.
Requirements
We are seeking candidates who bring a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution skills. You should have:
- At least 7 years of direct experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, ideally within the Life Sciences, Healthcare, or SaaS sectors.
- Proven success in managing multi-channel campaigns, including paid media, SEO, email marketing, and content strategies.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms like Marketo or HubSpot and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- A deep understanding of Life Sciences industry trends, buyer personas, and regulatory considerations.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex data and optimize marketing ROI.
