The opportunity

We are seeking a Director of Data to lead our data function and turn our strategic vision into reality. In this role, you will own the roadmap for our data organization, which includes data platform engineering, analytics engineering, data science, ML engineering, and product analytics. You will report directly to our VP of Product and Data, working closely with leadership across the company to ensure that data becomes a primary driver of our growth and revenue. Your goal is to create an environment where insights are accessible within minutes and teams can deploy models with ease.

A day in the life

• You will shape and execute our company-wide data strategy, driving our transition toward self-service capabilities and high-impact machine learning initiatives.
• You will oversee the delivery of high-quality data products by supervising execution across our various data disciplines and ensuring alignment with our organizational OKRs.
• You will lead and mentor a talented, cross-disciplinary team, fostering a culture of data literacy and excellence while coaching individuals to reach their full potential.

Who you are

You are a seasoned leader with a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary data teams within fast-paced, high-growth technology environments. You possess the ability to drive change at a company level and have a pragmatic mindset that allows you to translate technical complexity into clear business outcomes. You are an expert at stakeholder management, capable of aligning executives and demystifying complex topics to inspire your team. Because we are an international company, you must have outstanding English communication skills and be comfortable working in a hybrid environment based in Spain.
