What is this role?

We are searching for a Director of Data Engineering and Analytics to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level leadership position where you will oversee our data infrastructure and engineering strategy. You will play a vital role in shaping how we use data to improve the experience for our creators, brands, and internal teams.

What will you do?

• Lead and mentor a talented team of data engineers, business intelligence engineers, and analysts to support our mission-critical systems.
• Design and maintain robust, scalable data architectures, including data warehouses, data lakes, and high-performance pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to provide strategic thought leadership, solve complex problems, and ensure our data remains clean, accurate, and accessible for decision-making.

What makes you a great fit?

You should have at least 8 years of professional experience in data engineering, cloud infrastructure, and business intelligence. We are looking for someone who is highly proficient in Python and SQL and has a proven track record of building complex, high-quality data solutions. You should be comfortable working in a fully remote environment and possess the communication skills necessary to influence stakeholders at all levels, including the C-suite. Experience hiring and growing high-performing technical teams is essential for this role.
