Role at a glance

We are seeking a Director of Customer Success to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. This is a high-level leadership position perfect for someone with deep experience in sourcing and procurement who is ready to build our customer success strategy from the ground up while working directly with our product community.

Your impact

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team while fostering a culture that is deeply obsessed with customer satisfaction and advocacy.
• Own the end-to-end customer journey by refining our onboarding processes, developing educational content, and driving engagement for both enterprise and self-guided users.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with our product, sales, and marketing teams to turn customer feedback into actionable roadmap items and effective go-to-market strategies.

• Proven experience in sourcing and procurement, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
• A strong background in customer success, coaching, or technical training.

• Strong analytical capabilities to solve technical problems and a highly organized approach to project management.
• Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States.
