What is this role?
We are seeking a Director of Customer & Partnership Marketing to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a leadership position that requires a strategic mindset to oversee our customer journey and build scalable programs for our enterprise and partnership initiatives. If you have a background in marketing, education, or business and are ready to lead efforts that expand the adoption of our services, we would love to hear from you.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute a comprehensive customer lifecycle roadmap that supports our enterprise and affiliate groups through targeted marketing outreach.
- Create and manage a customer advisory board to gather essential feedback on pain points and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Design and implement customer segmentation strategies to effectively prioritize accounts for renewal, cross-selling, and expansion programs.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong blend of strategic planning and relationship-building skills. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in marketing, business, or the PreK-12 education industry.
- Proven expertise in project management, event management, and digital marketing analytics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively engage with both internal teams and external partners.
- A demonstrated ability to develop scalable assets and processes that drive measurable results.
- Experience in the education market, particularly early education, is considered a significant plus.
