What you bring

We are seeking a Director of CRM to join us in a full-time, hybrid capacity. This role is central to our mission, as you will lead the strategy and development of our CRM platform to ensure seamless engagement across our marketplace. You will be based anywhere, though hybrid candidates near our office hubs are highly preferred. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Designing and executing a comprehensive CRM product roadmap that balances immediate business needs with long-term scalability.
• Partnering across engineering, marketing, and data teams to deploy user-centric features and robust system integrations.
• Mentoring a high-performing team while establishing key performance indicators to drive data-informed improvements to the customer experience.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with at least 10 years of experience in CRM product management, including 5 years in a leadership role. You should possess a deep understanding of system architecture, APIs, and data management, along with hands-on experience using multichannel marketing platforms. We are looking for someone who excels at translating complex technical challenges into actionable product strategies. You must be fluent in English and demonstrate strong analytical skills, a commitment to user-centric design, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through organizational change.

What we offer
