What is this role?

We are seeking a Director of Creative Strategy, Brand Partnerships to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a senior-level leadership position for a creative visionary who understands how to leverage digital media and creator-led messaging to drive results. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing Brand Partnerships and serve as a primary client-facing leader for our organization.

What will you do?

• Lead the development of high-impact creative concepts, campaign themes, and digital communications that captivate audiences and drive conversion for major global brands.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with our sales, marketing, and in-house creative teams to ensure our strategies align with brand tenants and deliver measurable business growth.
• Present compelling, creator-led campaign strategies to clients, utilizing your expertise to secure new opportunities and foster long-term loyalty.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong command of the English language and a background in marketing or a creative field. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience leading creative strategy and execution, with a proven track record of growing revenue and managing client relationships.
• A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create breathtaking digital and creator-focused content for leading brands.
• A growth-oriented mindset, a sense of urgency, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and complex project roadmaps effectively.
