We are looking for a Director of Creative and Content to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United Kingdom. Since 2006, we have been at the forefront of sports technology, engineering a premier platform that helps athletes and teams improve their performance. Our mission is to help coaches and trainers play smart, as we know that even a 1% gain can be the difference between winning and losing. We currently support over 3,000 teams across major leagues like the NFL, NBA, and EPL, providing them with wearable technology and video analytics to optimize health and tactics. Responsibilities
- Own the creative vision and brand identity for our company, ensuring all visual and written assets align with our goals and resonate with our audience in the sports tech industry.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel content strategy that supports the entire customer journey, from initial awareness to final decision-making.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a talented team of creative designers, writers, and multimedia specialists while fostering an environment of innovation and high performance.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in creative and content roles within a SaaS B2B environment, including a minimum of 4 years in a leadership position.
- A proven track record of managing successful creative campaigns and developing strategies that drive measurable brand awareness and engagement.
- Strong expertise in multichannel content creation, including written, video, and visual design.
- The ability to analyze content performance data and translate those insights into actionable, data-driven strategies.
- A deep understanding of the sports industry or previous experience in sports marketing is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging messaging.
