With over 440,000 registered users and more than $12 billion in volume traded across 500 companies, we are looking for a Director of Content Marketing to help us scale our reach and impact as we continue to innovate within the private market sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive content strategy and editorial calendar tailored to financial institutions, accredited investors, and private company leaders.
- Manage the end-to-end creation of diverse assets, including long-form reports, video content, sales collateral, and email campaigns.
- Lead and mentor a team of freelance and agency writers to ensure high-quality output that aligns with our brand voice.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our data, design, and sales teams to ensure content supports our broader business objectives.
- Establish quarterly goals and utilize KPIs and metrics analysis to track performance and continuously improve our content impact.
Must-haves
- At least 8 years of experience in content production management and calendar execution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing, editing, and directing freelance or agency writers who specialize in financial content.
- Deep expertise in capital and financial markets, with the ability to create sophisticated content for institutional investors and analysts.
- Proven track record of building and executing a cohesive, data-driven content strategy.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on measuring and optimizing content performance.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience working within a FinTech or financial services startup environment.
- Familiarity with scaling content programs using tools such as Pardot, ProcessWire, or Heap.
- Professional credentials such as a CFA or FINRA qualification.
Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $175,000 to $185,000, plus an annual bonus. Final compensation is determined based on your specific experience, expertise, and location.
- Hybrid work schedule, requiring 1 to 3 days in our San Francisco or New York City offices.
