We are currently seeking a creative and strategic Director of Content Creation to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity within the United States.
Key outcomes
- Take full ownership of our content pipeline, managing the entire lifecycle from initial ideation and scripting to final publication and promotion.
- Lead the production of high-quality video content, ensuring it effectively showcases our technology and resonates with our target audience.
- Collaborate closely with our product, engineering, and design teams to translate complex technical milestones into compelling narratives.
- Direct the creative process for marketing materials, including video assets, website copy, and sales collateral, while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Optimize content for specific platforms by refining pacing, hooks, thumbnails, and messaging to maximize engagement and reach.
- Work alongside our marketing manager to track performance metrics, experiment with new distribution channels, and iterate on our content strategy.
- Represent our brand at industry events and trade shows by capturing and producing engaging content that highlights our presence.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in directing and producing creative marketing content.
- Proven expertise in managing high-quality video production from concept to completion, including scriptwriting and storyboarding.
- A deep understanding of platform-native video strategies, such as optimizing for retention, editing pacing, and visual hooks.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex product concepts into clear, impactful storytelling.
- A hands-on, collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively alongside editors, artists, and technical teams.
- Fluency in English.
