The role

We are seeking a Director of Cloud and Information Technology to join our leadership team. This is a full-time, executive-level position reporting directly to our Chief Technology Officer. You will be based in a hybrid capacity in Boston, where you will oversee our cloud infrastructure, physical IT systems, and security protocols. This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned leader who wants to work with cutting-edge technology alongside a highly collaborative group of professionals.

Core responsibilities

• Build and mentor a world-class team of professionals across DevOps, Information Security, and IT functions.
• Partner with departments throughout the company to plan and execute strategic infrastructure projects.
• Oversee the development and implementation of rigorous security processes to ensure operational excellence and successful completion of industry audits like SOC2 and HITRUST.

Skills and experience

• At least 10 years of experience leading, coaching, and scaling DevOps, IT, and security teams.
• Deep expertise in cloud architectures, with a strong preference for AWS proficiency.
• Practical experience managing physical IT environments, including both Windows and Macintosh systems, as well as networking hardware.
• Proven track record in information security and navigating external audit requirements.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster collaboration across diverse internal teams.
