Role at a glance

We are seeking a Director of Cloud & IT to join us in a full-time capacity. This is an executive-level position reporting directly to our Chief Technology Officer. You will lead our AWS, Information Security, and IT teams, ensuring our cloud and physical infrastructure remains robust and secure. While this role is based in Boston, we support a hybrid work environment that offers flexibility for our team members.

Your impact

• Build and mentor a world-class team of professionals across DevOps, IT, and Information Security.
• Partner with departments throughout the company to plan and execute high-level strategic initiatives.
• Oversee the reliability of our systems and infrastructure to guarantee seamless business operations while managing security processes and compliance audits like SOC2 and HITRUST.

What you'll need

• Over 10 years of experience leading and growing teams within the DevOps, IT, and security spaces.
• Deep expertise in cloud architectures, with a strong preference for AWS.
• Hands-on proficiency in managing physical IT environments, including both Windows and Macintosh systems, as well as networking hardware.
• A solid foundation in Information Security principles and a proven track record of navigating external audits.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
• Fluency in English.
