What is this role?

We are hiring a Director of Cloud Experience on a Full Time basis. This Senior position is open to candidates located Anywhere in the United States and will be performed entirely in a Remote work mode.

What will you do?

• Partner with the Director of Ops to shape a developer-first cloud strategy that aligns business goals with improved efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and an outstanding developer experience.
• Design and roll out advanced tooling and Cloud-as-a-Service offerings that simplify infrastructure tasks, speed up deployment, and give internal engineers more time to innovate.
• Build reporting, metrics, and feedback loops that track time-to-market gains, surface developer needs, and guide continuous improvements across our AWS environment.

What makes you a great fit?

You bring a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 10–15 years of experience in IT or cloud operations and at least 5–7 years focused specifically on cloud computing. You have a proven record of enhancing developer productivity through innovative tooling and platforms, especially on AWS, and you have led teams that prioritize developer advocacy and collaboration. Strong leadership skills, a passion for mentoring, and the ability to translate developer feedback into actionable platform improvements round out your profile. Because we operate globally, fluency in English is required.

What's in it for you?

The US-based salary range for this position is $235,000 to $335,000. We take an individual’s background and experience into account when determining final compensation, so offered base pay may vary. In addition to salary, the role includes:
