Director of Business Development at Zoomprop

Our leadership team is highly experienced, featuring a CEO who has raised over $300 million and led a $4 billion merger IPO, alongside a President with a history of two successful acquisitions and an IPO. As a venture-backed company, we are looking for a driven leader to join us as our Director of Business Development and help us continue to change how the world makes investment decisions.

What you'll be doing

• You will design and implement comprehensive strategies to drive revenue growth across our platform.
• You will cultivate and manage long-term relationships with our most important enterprise clients and strategic partners.
• You will oversee the creation and refinement of pricing models to ensure we remain competitive across various market segments.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in B2B SaaS or data analytics. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically with a history of closing complex enterprise deals.
• A deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, contract negotiations, and the use of CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• The ability to think strategically and translate high-level market insights into concrete, actionable business plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• A preference for candidates who have experience in real estate technology, an existing network within the investment community, or an advanced degree like an MBA.
