What is this role?
We are looking for a Director of Business Continuity to join our Technology team on a full-time basis. This is a manager-level position that requires someone with 3 to 5 years of experience overseeing business continuity programs within medium to large enterprises. While we prefer candidates based in Florida, we are open to applicants in other locations across the United States. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and testing the resiliency of our business services, acting as a vital bridge between our technical teams and business stakeholders.
What will you do?
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert, ensuring our business services remain protected and operational according to established recovery objectives.
- Secure necessary support and funding from senior leadership to maintain and advance our business continuity program.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, registers, and plans while regularly reporting on our resiliency capabilities to key stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you should be a self-motivated leader who can translate complex technical concepts into clear language for executive teams. You should have a strong background in performing business impact analyses and a deep understanding of the Salesforce and Microsoft ecosystems. We value candidates who embody integrity, trust, and accountability, and who are comfortable coaching others. Proficiency in Agile project management is highly preferred, as is experience with industry frameworks like ISO 22301 or NIST 800-34. You must be fluent in English to communicate effectively across our organization.
