We are looking for a Director of Brand Marketing who is ready to think big and dive into the details to help us continue our mission of inspiring customers through beautiful, tangible memories.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the development and evolution of our brand storytelling framework while driving integrated campaigns across PR, social media, influencer partnerships, and content channels.
- Collaborate across the organization with departments like Creative, Merchandising, and Growth to ensure our brand strategy remains cohesive and aligned with our broader business goals.
- Mentor and manage our marketing team members while optimizing our brand budget to ensure we achieve an efficient return on investment across all marketing initiatives.
What you'll bring
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within the premium consumer goods space.
- A proven track record of leading multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable results in engagement and growth.
- Hands-on expertise in at least two of the following areas: PR, social media, influencer marketing, or content creation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret brand health metrics and consumer insights to iterate on your strategy.
- A collaborative leadership style that thrives in a fast-moving, hybrid work environment and excels at influencing cross-functional partners.
- Fluency in English.
