We are now looking for a visionary leader to help us define this new category of hospitality as we continue to grow.

The opportunity

We are searching for an enthusiastic and strategic Director of Brand Marketing and Communications to amplify our brand presence. Working closely with our CEO, you will serve as a key leader on our marketing team, shaping our messaging strategy and driving both internal and external communications. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to take ownership of our brand identity while evangelizing the ResortPass mission to consumers and hotel partners alike. You will be based in our NYC headquarters, working on-site to collaborate directly with our cross-functional teams.

A day in the life

• Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy that elevates our brand position across both consumer and B2B audiences.
• Direct the relationship with our PR partners to secure high-impact earned media while building a thought leadership roadmap for the company and our executive team.
• Lead consumer research and campaign development to maintain our first-mover advantage and ensure our brand personality resonates in every channel.

Who you are

You are a seasoned marketing professional with at least 10 years of experience in brand and communications, including significant time spent in a leadership role within a high-growth startup. You possess a strong executive presence and the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, intuitive messaging. We are looking for someone who is scrappy, has a bias for action, and thrives when navigating ambiguity. You should be comfortable managing cross-functional relationships and possess the humility to learn from your team while driving results. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
