WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Simpli.fi is currently looking for an experienced and motivated Brand advocate and Content leader for its Marketing team. Ideal candidates possess strong organizational, communication, writing, technical, and analytical skills. We are looking for a creative and innovative brand storyteller that is passionate about developing world-class B2B content, specifically in the AdTech industry.
The Director of Brand & Content Marketing will be responsible for managing all brand initiatives along with marketing content, such as blogs, whitepapers, guides, newsletters, and more. They will be in charge of SEO writing for website content. The individual will be an integral part of our expanding Marketing team, possessing the ability to learn quickly and make an immediate impact.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
  • Manage and direct all brand initiatives, including overseeing the brand architecture to ensure that Simpli.fi and its sub-brands best represent the organization, its business and growth plan
  • Develop a strategic content marketing plan/calendar that includes brand, product and vertical GTM support strategies
  • Create ongoing stream of content (including but not limited to blogs, white papers, POVs, infographics, etc.) to fuel the content pipeline
  • Collaborate across the organization to ensure that the brand is well represented and adheres to brand standards 
  • Project manage major brand/content campaigns across the organization from inception to launch to measurement
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams on content creation along with conceptual and visual campaign development as required. Provide editing and proofreading support as needed
  • Become an expert user of Simpli.fi’s proprietary data platform and DSP to identify trends and insights to inform content
  • Own the department’s SEO strategy and framework, including executing this across websites and all online content efforts
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to optimize content creation and distribution processes, managing the financial budget for content strategy and development
  • Stay in the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and content marketing innovations, including artificial intelligence (AI) solutions


  • YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred 
  • Minimum 10 years experience in marketing including hands-on experience with content creation and brand storytelling
  • 2-4 years of Director Level experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • High level of creativity, attention to detail, and exemplary project management skills
  • Strong knowledge of the online advertising industry, industry participants, trends and technologies
  • Ability to analyze data and translate complex technical concepts into easy to understand and interesting content
  • Pristine grammar and excellent communication and organization skills
  • Highly motivated to excel with a strong work ethic and initiative
  • Resourceful, dependable and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior level executives
