What you bring

We are hiring a Director of Artificial Intelligence on a Full Time basis. In this role you will serve as a builder, researcher, developer, and strategic advisor to our CEO and CTO, identifying, prototyping, and validating the most valuable uses of cutting-edge AI across our operations, product, and research initiatives. Your three core responsibilities will be discovering high-impact AI applications, rapidly prototyping solutions using our unique data assets, and partnering with enterprise customers to move successful prototypes into production. This position is located in the United States and is performed on-site.

Requirements

You bring deep, current expertise in artificial intelligence, including hands-on work developing, deploying, or fine-tuning large language models, along with a strong command of analytics, digital strategy, deep learning, software engineering, and data science. You communicate fluently in English and combine technical excellence with the collaborative mindset needed to work across research, engineering, and business teams. The ideal candidate demonstrates extraordinary ability through tangible results rather than formal credentials and stays at the forefront of the latest advances in the field.

What we offer

Base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $190,000 depending on location and experience. In addition to competitive pay, we provide equity compensation, medical insurance with no employee contribution required, paid time off, and a 401k plan.
