The opportunity

We are searching for our first Director of Artificial Intelligence, a hands-on builder who will sit at the center of product, research, and operations. In this role you will report directly to the CEO and CTO, guiding how large language models, deep learning, and advanced analytics reshape the way we measure message impact. You will turn promising ideas into working prototypes and then into production features that reach millions of people through our enterprise customers.

A day in the life

• You explore the latest research in AI and LLM techniques, then quickly prototype new ways to extract insight from our unique collection of randomized survey experiments.
• You partner with our engineering and data-science teams to fine-tune and deploy models that improve product accuracy, automate research workflows, and open fresh analytical capabilities for clients.
• You meet regularly with leadership to translate technical possibilities into clear product roadmaps and to ensure every AI initiative aligns with real customer needs and our mission of protecting democracy and supporting responsible brand growth.

Who you are

You bring deep, current experience developing, deploying, or fine-tuning large language models and other advanced AI systems. Rather than formal credentials, we look for concrete proof of exceptional skill and an active connection to the newest developments in the field. You are fluent in English, comfortable working on-site in the United States, and excited to collaborate closely with both technical and non-technical teammates.
