Breach Secure Now is looking for a Director of Acquisition Sales to spearhead our net new business efforts. As a leader in cybersecurity, AI, and productivity training, we provide MSPs with the tools they need to secure their clients, and you will play a vital role in scaling our impact by managing our SDR and AE teams to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full acquisition funnel, overseeing everything from initial outreach to closing deals.
- Mentor and grow our sales teams through effective hiring, performance management, and hands-on coaching.
- Work closely with our marketing and growth departments to refine our go-to-market strategy and ensure smooth lead handoffs.
- Use data to sharpen our sales processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and boost overall team efficiency.
- Collaborate with product marketing and operations teams to maintain consistency and support our rapid scaling.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role managing SDRs or AEs.
- A track record of consistently hitting or exceeding net new sales targets.
- Strong ability to coach teams and develop talent.
- Expertise in pipeline management, outbound prospecting, and utilizing sales automation tools like Salesforce.
- Fluency in English.
