Breach Secure Now (BSN) is seeking a high-impact Director of Acquisition Sales to lead and grow our Net New business function. This role oversees both Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs), driving pipeline generation, sales execution, and new revenue growth.

As a key member of the sales leadership team, you’ll shape strategy, scale processes, and develop a high-performing team focused on acquiring new MSP partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the entire acquisition funnel — from top-of-funnel outreach to closed/won deals.

  • Lead and develop the SDR and AE teams, with a focus on coaching, hiring, and performance management.

  • Partner with Marketing and Growth Sales to align go-to-market strategies, campaign execution, and lead handoffs.

  • Optimize sales processes using data-driven insights to improve pipeline conversion, forecasting accuracy, and team efficiency.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Enablement to support scale and consistency.

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including 2+ years in sales leadership (SDRs, AEs, or full-cycle roles)

  • Proven success meeting or exceeding net new sales goals in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities

  • Skilled in pipeline management, outbound prospecting, and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo)

  • Experience selling to MSPs is a strong plus
