At Robovision, we are dedicated to enabling successful AI initiatives by orchestrating the creation, deployment, and maintenance of vision intelligence at scale. Our platform is built on the philosophy of operational independence, allowing users to intuitively adapt vision intelligence within their own smart solutions. Based in Ghent, Belgium, our team of 100 professionals is growing rapidly. We pride ourselves on a culture defined by ambition, ownership, and a shared commitment to personal development as we expand our footprint internationally.
The role
We are seeking an experienced Director OEM Partnerships to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. This is an executive-level position for a leader who is ready to drive our mission of embedding the Robovision Industrial Vision Infrastructure into the machines produced by leading OEMs across the Benelux region. You will work from our office in Belgium, collaborating closely with our leadership and delivery teams to shape the future of industrial automation.
Core responsibilities
- Structure ROI-based partnerships: Move beyond traditional hardware sales by creating recurring revenue streams tied to machine throughput and value.
- Navigate complex ecosystems: Manage relationships with local system integrators who handle physical installations, while positioning our platform as the core governance operating system.
- Deliver industrial discipline: Focus on the practical needs of the food, packaging, and intralogistics sectors by selling outcome assurance rather than just AI hype.
Skills and experience
- At least 7 years of experience selling to OEMs within the food, packaging, or intralogistics industries.
- Strong technical familiarity with industrial automation, including PLCs and IPCs, and experience with traditional vision players.
- Fluency in Dutch, English, and French is mandatory, as you will need to negotiate contracts and manage stakeholders across these linguistic regions.
- A strategic mindset that understands the difference between selling individual sensors and selling comprehensive infrastructure.
- Commitment to being on-site 3 to 4 days per week to maintain close alignment with our central teams.
Compensation and benefits
- A front-row seat at one of Belgium’s most exciting scale-ups, offering a dynamic environment for rapid professional growth.
- An open, youthful company culture that prioritizes clear communication, strong partnerships, and regular team-building activities.
- The opportunity to play a pivotal role in scaling our organization and shaping our international expansion.
How to apply
If you are ready to stop selling tools and start selling the infrastructure that guarantees food safety and supply chain reliability, we want to hear from you. Please submit your application to join our team and help us drive the future of industrial vision intelligence.
