What you bring
As our Director, Member Growth, you will lead our direct-to-consumer growth engine in a remote, full-time capacity. You will be responsible for building a high-velocity strategy to acquire and engage members while scaling our performance marketing efforts. This role is perfect for a strategic leader who thrives in a data-driven environment and is eager to shape the future of our D2C motion.
- Develop and execute an end-to-end growth strategy, including paid media, conversion rate optimization, and organic acquisition channels.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of growth marketers and specialists as we scale our operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, brand, and analytics teams to ensure consistent messaging and measurable ROI across all initiatives.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with over 10 years of experience in performance marketing and full-funnel user acquisition. You should possess deep expertise in digital advertising across platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok, alongside a strong analytical mindset for media mix modeling and incrementality testing. We value leaders who are results-driven and passionate about our mission to improve mental health. You must be fluent in English and demonstrate exceptional storytelling and communication skills to effectively lead both internal teams and external agency partners.
What we offer
