We are currently looking for a dynamic Director, Marketing to elevate our brand presence and support our partner channels across the United States.
What you'll be doing
- You will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the CourtAvenue Collective, including our partner agencies and channels, while collaborating with leadership to align these efforts with our long-term business goals.
- You will lead our public relations and brand management initiatives, which includes creating impactful case studies, managing industry award submissions, and securing speaking engagements that establish us as an authority in digital transformation.
- You will oversee content creation and digital strategy, including managing our website performance, driving SEO and SEM initiatives, and building co-marketing programs with key partners like Adobe, Canva, and Optimizely.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in marketing strategy and execution. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- At least 8 years of professional experience in marketing, with a proven history of leading PR, content strategies, and digital campaigns.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media management, and website optimization.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute projects independently in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Fluency in English.
- Ideally, you are located in Dallas, TX, though we are also considering candidates based in San Diego, CA, Cincinnati, OH, Minneapolis, MN, or Los Angeles, CA.
