What you bring

As our Director of Marketing, you will lead our internal marketing efforts and define the strategic roadmap that fuels our company growth. This full-time, on-site role in the United States requires a blend of quantitative rigor, creative strategy, and leadership to manage our brand and service lines. You will report directly to our CEO and collaborate closely with our parent company, Quad, to ensure our marketing initiatives are perfectly aligned for success.

• Direct and execute a holistic marketing plan that encompasses demand generation, lead generation, and thought leadership to drive our new business pipeline.
• Build, mentor, and lead a world-class marketing team that is capable of executing high-impact, data-driven programs.
• Manage our marketing measurement framework and annual budget to ensure every initiative is optimized for measurable results and organizational growth.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong foundation in Digital Marketing and CRM principles within both B2B and B2C environments. You must hold a Bachelor’s degree and bring at least five years of experience in digital marketing, along with three or more years of hands-on expertise using tools such as the Adobe Marketing Cloud, social management platforms, and data management systems. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, detail-oriented strategist who excels in a collaborative setting. You should have a proven ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights and possess the communication skills necessary to articulate our vision across the entire organization.
