Role at a glance
We are looking for a Director, Marketing to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a senior-level role designed for a strategic thinker who can operate independently. While we value collaboration, this position is fully remote, allowing you to contribute from anywhere.
Your impact
- Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals across the entire CourtAvenue Collective and our partner channels.
- Lead our public relations and brand management efforts, ensuring our voice remains consistent and positions us as a top-tier authority in digital transformation.
- Drive growth through high-impact content creation, SEO and SEM initiatives, and strategic partnerships with industry leaders like Adobe, Canva, and Optimizely.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a proactive leader with a track record of delivering measurable results. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience in marketing, specifically within PR, digital strategy, and content development.
- A strong background in managing marketing for multi-entity organizations or partner ecosystems.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media management, and the ability to oversee complex award submission processes.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Fluency in English and the ability to think strategically while executing tasks without needing constant oversight.
