Role at a glance
This is a full-time Director-level position based on a hybrid work model. You will have the flexibility to work from our offices in Los Angeles, Costa Mesa, or Riverside, California, while maintaining a balanced remote schedule. We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our marketing efforts and drive our brand forward.
Your impact
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including high-impact email campaigns and branded assets that elevate our visibility.
- Lead the management of our digital presence across websites, social media, and landing pages to ensure consistent and engaging content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to nurture B2B relationships and implement creative loyalty programs that resonate with our partners.
What you'll need
We are seeking a candidate who combines strategic thinking with a sharp eye for detail. You should have at least 7 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within the real estate or industrial sectors. Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms is essential, with specific experience in HubSpot being a major advantage. You must possess superior writing skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to lead multi-channel campaigns effectively. Fluency in English is required.
Perks and compensation
The annual base salary for this role ranges from $136,000 to $180,000. In addition to base pay, you will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and long-term stock incentives.
