At Locus Robotics, we are transforming the eCommerce order fulfillment landscape. Our innovative robotics solutions help warehouse operators achieve two to three times the efficiency of traditional cart-picking methods by fostering a seamless collaboration between human workers and our autonomous systems. We integrate directly with existing warehouse management infrastructure to solve real-world logistics problems for some of the world's largest brands. We are looking for a visionary leader to join our global marketing team and help us scale our impact through operational excellence.

Role at a glance

We are seeking a Director of Marketing Operations to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis within the United States. This is a senior-level leadership position where you will report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer and play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy and infrastructure.

Your impact

You will design and implement high-level marketing operations strategies that align with our core business objectives and drive continuous process improvement.
You will manage and mentor our marketing operations team, fostering a high-performance culture while overseeing the department's strategic planning and resource allocation.
You will own our marketing technology stack, including CRM and automation platforms, while leveraging advanced data analytics to measure ROI and provide actionable insights across the organization.

What you'll need

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with a master’s degree being a plus.
At least 7 years of experience in B2B marketing operations, specifically within high-growth SaaS environments.
Deep technical expertise in marketing automation and CRM platforms, with specific proficiency in tools like Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense, or Domo.
Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable business strategies.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments like Sales, Revenue Operations, and IT.
Professional proficiency in English for both written and verbal communication.
