- You will act as a bridge between Product, Finance, Analytics, and Marketing to align our priorities and optimize our resource allocation.
What you'll need
- Four to six years of experience in high-level strategy, operations, or analytical roles, ideally within a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment.
- A background in consumer growth, specifically within subscription, marketplace, or edtech sectors.
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to build complex ROI models, conduct scenario planning, and translate data into actionable playbooks.
- Fluency in English and the ability to communicate complex strategies clearly to executive stakeholders.
- An entrepreneurial mindset that thrives on ownership, transparency, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
