We are currently advancing several clinical-stage programs, including our work on vepdegestrant for patients with breast cancer, and we are looking for dedicated professionals to join us in our mission.
About the Role
We are seeking a Director, Marketing, Breast Cancer to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that maximize the commercial potential of vepdegestrant. You will play a pivotal role in establishing launch capabilities for our first commercial product and developing branded tactics to support healthcare provider awareness and adoption. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with commercial and alliance partners to build an HCP marketing strategy grounded in deep customer insights.
- Design and implement a comprehensive tactical plan that drives awareness, trial, and appropriate usage of our therapies.
- Manage vendor relationships and budgets to ensure that all projects are executed effectively and in a fiscally responsible manner.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience within the bio or pharmaceutical industry.
- Between 3 and 5 years of marketing experience at a global, regional, or country level.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required, while an MBA or advanced degree is considered a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
- Previous experience with U.S. product launches or oncology is highly preferred.
- The ability to travel up to 20 percent of the time for conferences and internal meetings.
Location
This position is available remotely within the United States, or you may choose to work from our headquarters in New Haven, CT.
